La Cañadita is one of the best neighborhoods in town, next to Juarez park and a few minutes from the parroquia and jardín.

Check - in from 15:00 to 21:00 hours
Check - out is at 11:00
Smoking only is allowed outdoors!
Please respect the apartment and be mindful of neighbors.
Do not have loud music/noise after 22:00 hours
Once the reservation is confirmed, please provide the full name of all guests in the group.
The Max capacity of the house is 2 people. No visitors allowed! If caught having more that 2 people at the house, you will be asked to leave the property.
For check-ins, we will send you instructional videos via WhatsApp for you to do a self-check in

It’s an independent unit within a beautiful complex full of nature. It has its own private areas, as well as many shared outdoor areas.

Other things to note

The apartment is located in a property along with four more apartments. Currently, one of the apartments in the property is getting remodel, so there are workers. However, the workers do not disturb my guests.
