This beautiful house is located just a 16 min car ride to "La Parroquia". It is ideal for a family trip, since it has three bedrooms and each has a full bath. One bedroom is locate in the first level and it has two single beds and TV. The other two bedrooms are on the second floor. One with a queen bed & the other full & twin bed

Gated community, very quiet. However, the train tracks are near by and one can hear the train every time it runs.
Check - in 3 to 9pm
Check - out 11am
Smoking allowed outdoors
Please, respect the house and be mindful of neighbours. Do not have loud music/noise after 10pm
Once the reservation is confirmed, please provide the name of all the guests in the group.
No visitors allowed. If caught with more than 7 people in the house, you will be ask to leave
